After five years theĀ FOP Hawley Lake Fishing Derby is coming back!

Since the last Fishing Derby, the White Mountain Apache Indian Tribe has had to drain the lake and do some much needed improvements to the dam and the infrastructure to the lake area. It is with great pleasure I can announce that the Hawley Lake Fishing Derby is coming backĀ June 10th and 11th 2017!

With the return of the Derby there have been a few changes to modernize and streamline the process for registration. Attached to this email are two different links. One of the links is to register your team, and the other is to pay for your registration on-line, with a credit card, prior to the event. One of the other changes is that as a team your lunch is paid for at the lodge with your registration. If you are bringing additional family members who may want to enjoy the great lunchtime food, there is a small charge (that can be added to your registration) that will be requested. This is to aid in planning for the event and keeping overhead costs down.

We look forward to a GREAT return of the Hawley Lake Fishing Derby 2017 for FOP members, families, and fellow Law Enforcement Brothers and Sisters to enjoy with family and friends!

Please stay tuned for further information about prizes and the competition for the Derby. There will be a longest stringer, largest trout, and of course the kids events.

If you have questions that cannot be answered with the links provided, please feel free to contact me at ToddFOPlodge1@gmail.com.

I look forward to seeing you all at the lake in June!
